Charlene Justin, MMSc, OT, PA-C has been a health care practitioner since 2003 when she graduated with a bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from Florida International University. She worked in a variety of specialties ranging from pediatrics to upper extremity rehabilitation prior to attending Stanford University Primary Care Associate Program. As a Physician Assistant, Ms. Justin has worked in several surgical subspecialties as well as family medicine and urgent care. She currently works in academia with particular interests in simulation, medical interviewing, and the translation of these skills into the clinical curriculum. One of her fundamental goals is the promotion of academic excellence through student mentorship.
Lindsay Lyon, MPA, PA-C is an Assistant Professor at the South College PA program. She completed her physician assistant education at Eastern Virginia Medical School and graduated with a Masters of Physician Assistant degree as well as an induction into the Pi Alpha Honor Society in 2010. She practiced in orthopedic trauma for almost 10 years. She then transitioned to academia with the Wingate University PA program where she worked as an assistant professor and clinical coordinator. Her interests include orthopedics, musculoskeletal oncology, and teaching hands on skills/procedures. When not at work, Lindsay enjoys spending time with her husband and two children. She also enjoys coaching and playing softball, pickleball, hiking, and camping in the beautiful WNC mountains.
Ziemowit Mazur, PhD, EdM, MS, PA-C is an Assistant Professor and Associate Program Director at the Rosalind Franklin University Physician Assistant (PA) Program with over a decade of experience in clinical practice and academia. He earned his Master of Education degree in 2005, his Master of Science in Physician Assistant degree in 2010, and his PhD in Interprofessional Healthcare Studies in 2021. As a family and internal medicine PA, he provides care for patients at the Interprofessional Community Clinic, a clinic for the underserved and uninsured patients in North Chicago, IL.
Kristy Putts, MSHS, PA-C is an Assistant Professor at the Wingate University Physician Assistant Program. She earned her Master of Science in Health Science from the George Washington University Physician Assistant program in 2000. Ms. Putts practiced clinically in gastroenterology, hepatology and cardiology. She currently works in academia with particular interests in gastroenterology, hepatology, point-of- care ultrasound and student mentorship.
Jenna Rolfs, DMSc, MPAS, PA-C currently serves as the Program Director for the University of Lynchburg PA Medicine program in Lynchburg, VA. She received her Bachelor of Science in Health Science and Master of Physician Assistant Studies from Butler University. She received her Doctor of Medical Science (DMSc) from the University of Lynchburg. Dr. Rolfs has been practicing clinically as a PA since 2010. She also currently serves as the secretary on the Board of Directors for the Virginia Academy of PAs (VAPA).

Timothy Calcagni, MS, PA-C earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biological Sciences from the University of Rhode Island in Kingston, RI and earned his Master of Science Degree in Physician Assistant Studies from Northeastern University in Boston, MA. As an NCCPA certified Physician Assistant, he has worked in Emergency Medicine, Urgent Care, and Family Medicine settings. Tim currently serves as a Principal Faculty member with the South College Asheville Physician Assistant Program in Asheville, NC.
